Power Hour
18_10_12_Vertex7991Power Hour is a strength and cardiovascular conditioning class that uses high-intensity interval training (HIIT) along with body weight and plyometric exercises to boost the heart rate and give a killer total body workout. HIIT, as well as being a great aerobic workout technique, has been shown to turn up the elusive post-workout after-burn so you continue to burn energy throughout the day.

Enrolling in our Progressive Training program will simply make you a better athlete. This unique group training class will make you strong, fast and light by employing scientifically proven principles of strength and conditioning training. With our unwavering dedication to teaching proper technique, everyone can attain a new level of strength and athleticism!

Lunchtime Crushtime
This fast-paced functional training class will help you quickly reach your fitness goals. We utilize 18_10_12_Vertex6170AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) timing to motivate you to race the clock and push harder. Expect to see a mix of traditional strength training, plyometrics, and compound movements all combined to carve a total body workout in a sleek 45 minutes.

These classes offer an eclectic and in-depth approach to yoga that
emphasizes detailed breath work in coordination with poses, or asana.
Whether flowing between each one or holding them, a lot of focus is given
to alignment and body awareness. Concentration and meditation
techniques that will help you face challenges on and off the wall are taught
in a simple fashion in order to make them easy to apply to your daily
routine. You might even be challenged with playful partner acrobatics
(acroyoga) drills at times, or restore deeply with a guided relaxation
practice.

AcroYoga
Acro yoga is a blend of acrobatics, yoga, creative movement, and Thai
massage. It develops whole body strength, one’s ability to trust, and
enhances communication skills. It is a very fun practice in which our inner
child is awakened.
