What it is:
A 12 week personal training limited membership designed to coax washboards out of hiding. With small group training sessions, ‘before’ measurements and photos, nutrition coaching, and copious amounts of stoke, the Vertex Athletics team keeps motivation revved for you and like-minded AbDominators. Grab a friend and sign up!*
*(Buddy system not required, but it will get you $25 off your monthly rate. See below.)

What’s Included:

• 2 days/week of semi-private training with Vertex Trainers
• A DIY workout plan for the days you won’t be with your trainer
• A nutrition plan designed to optimize body composition
• Body fat testing, measurements, and before & after photos

Available days/times are as follows. Choose any two sessions per week. Times listed in red subject to a minimum of two people joining that time.

Personal Training

Working with a personal trainer is the most effective way to reach your athletic goals. Semi-private (or Small Group) Training enables you to get that personalized attention in a supportive setting of like-minded athletes. Whether you are new to strength training, coming back from injury, or looking to send a grade harder, a customized training program will get you there. If you train smarter you will climb stronger.

Semi-Private Training sessions have two to five participants per hour. Sign up with a friend, or join one of our current groups.
