Before enrolling in any of our fitness classes, feel free to stop by our training facility. We believe in promoting the mindful pursuit of overall health and fitness and our facility is a reflection of this. Our training area is designed to maximize space and ensure that our members always get an efficient and effective workout. Vertex trainers believe that in sport and life, moving well will always increase performance and keep you in the game longer.

Power Hour

Power Hour is a popular group class that focuses on strength and cardiovascular conditioning using mainly high intensity interval training (HIIT) along with bodyweight and plyometric exercises to boost the heart rate and give a killer total body workout. HIIT, as well as being a great aerobic workout technique, has been shown to turn up the elusive post-workout after-burn so you continue to burn energy throughout the day.

Lunchtime Crushtime

This fast paced functional training class will help you quickly reach your fitness goals. We utilize AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) timing to motivate you to race the clock and push harder. Expect to see a mix of traditional strength training, plyometrics, and compound movements all combined to carve a total body workout in a sleek 45 minutes.

Progressive Training

Enrolling in our Progressive Training program will simply make you a better athlete. This unique group training class will make you strong, fast and light by employing scientifically proven principles of strength and conditioning training. With our unwavering dedication to teaching proper technique, everyone can attain a new level of strength and athleticism! Workout duration is 60min.

A 10 week personal training limited membership designed to coax washboards out of hiding. With small group training sessions, ‘before’ measurements and photos, nutrition coaching, and copious amounts of stoke, the Vertex Athletics team keeps motivation revved for you and like-minded AbDominators.
