Before enrolling in any of our fitness classes, feel free to stop by our training facility. We believe in promoting the mindful pursuit of overall health and fitness and our facility is a reflection of this. Our training area is designed to maximize space and ensure that our members always get an efficient and effective workout. Vertex trainers believe that in sport and life, moving well will always increase performance and keep you in the game longer.

Power Hour is a popular group class that focuses on strength and cardiovascular conditioning using mainly high intensity interval training (HIIT) along with bodyweight and plyometric exercises to boost the heart rate and give a killer total body workout. HIIT, as well as being a great aerobic workout technique, has been shown to turn up the elusive post-workout after-burn so you continue to burn energy throughout the day.
Mondays & Fridays 6-7 pm
This fast paced functional training class will help you quickly reach your fitness goals. We utilize AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) timing to motivate you to race the clock and push harder. Expect to see a mix of traditional strength training, plyometrics, and compound movements all combined to carve a total body workout in a sleek 45 minutes.
