Before enrolling in any of our fitness classes, feel free to stop by our training facility. We believe in promoting the mindful pursuit of overall health and fitness and our facility is a reflection of this. Our training area is designed to maximize space and ensure that our members always get an efficient and effective workout. Vertex trainers believe that in sport and life, moving well will always increase performance and keep you in the game longer.
Fitness classes are only available to members. Non-members must Purchase a Membership before joining a class.

Power Hour is a popular group class that focuses on strength and cardiovascular conditioning using mainly high intensity interval training (HIIT) along with bodyweight and plyometric exercises to boost the heart rate and give a killer total body workout. HIIT, as well as being a great aerobic workout technique, has been shown to turn up the elusive post-workout after-burn so you continue to burn energy throughout the day.

In the AbDom 6 week challenge you will have your own fitness trainer, customized nutrition program and accountability coach to guide you through every step of the process.
