Yoga & Pilates

These classes offer an eclectic and in-depth approach to Yoga that emphasize detailed breath work in coordination with poses, or asana. Whether flowing between each one or holding them, a lot of focus is given to alignment and body awareness. Concentration and meditation techniques that will help you face challenges on and off the wall are taught in a simple fashion in order to make them easy to apply to your daily routine. You might even be challenged with playful partner acrobatics (acroyoga) drills at times, or restore deeply with a guided relaxation practice.

Free for members  |  $20 drop-in for non-members (includes a day pass for climbing & gym)



Emily leads a mat Pilates class that focuses on core activation and a full-body, mindful workout. The Pilates method has proved to be an efficient tool to prehab and rehab.

Wednesdays  6 – 7 pm
